Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant/Mini Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for opening or closing the car wash, providing excellent customer service, and being knowledgeable on our services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interacting with the public regularly, working independently, making sure that every customer has a great experience and every vehicle leaves our facility looking its best.
Responsibilities
- Open in the mornings, or close at night.
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently.
- Complete Mini Details in a timely manner following our set procedures.
- Assist customers with questions or concerns regarding services offered.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment to ensure a safe environment.
- Drive vehicles in and out of the wash area as needed.
- Perform additional tasks such as yard work and maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience for clients.
Experience
- Previous experience in a car wash or custodial role is preferred but not required.
- Skills in detailing vehicles are a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- A valid driver's license is necessary to operate customer vehicles safely.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results are essential for success in this position.
