Job Summary:
The care manager provides care for individuals, families, aggregates of patients and for community groups. The level of responsibility of the care manager is from admission to post discharge. The care manager is prepared to function in structured and unstructured health care settings. The unstructured setting is a geographical and/or situations environment, which may not have established standards and has the potential for variations requiring independent decision making. The Care Manager directs the work of the staff nurse, unlicensed care givers and other disciplines that provide direct patient care.

Hours: 6:45am-3:15pm

Staggered Starts; on-call required

Job Essentials:

A minimum of 3 years of Ambulatory or General OR recovery experience, including phase 1 & 2 required.


Education Requirements:

BSN required; MSN preferred


License/Certification/Registry:

Current NJ RN License, BLS, ACLS and PALS required. Specialty Certification preferred.

Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.

Minimum rate: $51.52
