Summary
As a Caregiver at The Wright Agency LLC, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing personalized companionship and assistance. This position is essential to our mission of delivering exceptional non-medical care to individuals in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support and assistance to clients with daily living activities.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
- Ensure a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Administer CPR and first aid when necessary, ensuring client safety at all times.
- Assist clients with mobility and personal care tasks as needed.
- Foster meaningful relationships with clients through companionship and social interaction.
- Advocate for client rights and ensure their dignity is maintained.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or direct support roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and families.
- Knowledge of meal preparation and dietary considerations.
- CPR certification is required; training can be provided if necessary.
- Ability to assist individuals with disabilities compassionately and respectfully.
- Understanding of resident rights and advocacy principles.
