Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need, whether in assisted living facilities, home health settings, or hospice care environments. Your primary focus will be to enhance the quality of life for our clients through personalized care and assistance with daily activities. We are currently seeking Caregivers available to work in the San. Antonio area.
Current schedules Needed:
Hiring for all shifts 4hr, 6hr and 12hr shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist clients with mobility and physical activities, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Medication reminders as prescribed and ensure proper medication management.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with cooking as needed.
- Monitor and observe patients for any changes in condition or behavior, reporting concerns to nursing staff or family members.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional health.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records of patient progress.
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving, assisted living, home health, or hospice care is preferred but not required.
- Certification in CPR is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks when required.
- A nurturing attitude with a genuine desire to help others is essential.
