Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. This role involves various carpentry tasks, including building, restoring, and maintaining structures, as well as performing general labor duties. The Carpenter/Laborer will work closely with other tradespeople and contribute to the successful completion of projects.
Duties
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from sus, metal.
- Perform caulking and stucco work to ensure proper sealing and finishing of surfaces.
- Assist in door hanging and installation tasks.
- Execute siding installation and repairs as needed.
- Conduct plumbing tasks related to carpentry projects.
- Lift heavy materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a carpenter or laborer in construction or related fields.
- Proficiency in carpentry techniques, including framing, finishing, and restoration.
- Familiarity with electrical work is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
