Case Manager/Family Childcare Director CCCS
Community Child Care Solutions, Located in Perth Amboy and Somerville
Under the direction of the Assistant Director, the Case Manager of Family Child Care is responsible for providing effective leadership to the assigned programs and or events.
Responsibilities:
- The job includes planning, implementing, directing, coordinating, evaluating, all aspects of the programming in Family Child Care, Family Friends and Neighbors, CPR, Food Program, Provider Appreciation, Super Saturday Event and Provider Voices, programs by performing the duties given below personally or through subordinates.
- This job requires a significant level of discretionary judgement, critical thinking, communication skills and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline required
- Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, leadership and team management skills as well as project management skills.
- Must be technically proficient (e.g., MS Office, facility systems).
- Must be able to travel between locations - Perth Amboy and Somerville
