Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated cashier and barista to join our team. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing bubble tea beverages and food items, like cookies and other dessert items. Your commitment to excellent customer service will help us provide an exceptional experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages and cookies, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
- Engage with customers to create a friendly atmosphere, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including the assembly of food items for sale.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Pay will start at $8-$12/hour plus tips.
