Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and be committed to upholding food safety standards while delivering high-quality service to our customers.
Duties
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of food service areas.
- Buss tables and assist with customer needs in a timely manner.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, such as Aloha POS, to process transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Perform basic math calculations for inventory management and order processing.
Experience
- Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with culinary practices, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards is highly desirable.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
