Description of Duties:
- Under general supervision teaches forklift new operator and forklift recertification classes.
- Responsibilities include providing course material, delivering instruction and monitoring the progress and performance of students.
- Maintaining and/or repairing forklift training equipment and propane.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Certificate of certified forklift trainer and one (1) year experience teaching forklift safety course in an academic and/or in-house environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Three (3) years of experience teaching forklift safety and other occupational safety courses in an academic and/or in-house environment.
