Skills/Abilities
- Ability and willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to work from heights up to 180 feet while bearing 30lbs of equipment
- Ability to adhere to strict safety standards
- Ensure that all work adheres to industry standards of quality and best practices
- Self motivated with ability to motivate and lead others
- Ability to pass DMV background screening
- Strong work ethic and high level of craftmanship
- Knowledge of hand and power tools while being mechanically inclined
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Highly reliable and able to pass drug screening.

- Background and Experience:
- Acceptable driving record a must
