EZ Roofing & Restoration is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Cabot, AR. We need a dynamic leader to build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities
As our Sales Manager, you'll be the primary driver of our sales team's success. Your day-to-day will be a mix of leadership, hands-on training, and strategic oversight. Your core responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives with a strong emphasis on in-field training. You must be able to train in door-to-door sales and provide ongoing guidance to ensure accountability and professional growth.
- Performance & Sales Management: Manage the team's sales pipeline and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Assist with negotiations, handle payments, and step in to close out jobs when needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Continuously recruit new sales representatives, conduct interviews, and lead the onboarding process to ensure new hires are set up for success and are compliant with all company and licensing requirements.
- Operational & Physical Duties: This is a hands-on role. You'll be expected to perform physically demanding tasks, including inspecting properties from the ground to the roof, climbing ladders, and lifting heavy objects.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in rewarding our team for their hard work and dedication. This position offers a competitive compensation package that includes:
- Base Salary: $50,000 annually, paid bi-weekly.
- Override Commissions: Earn a 1% override on your team's overall goals, paid out monthly. You will also receive a 1.5% gross sale override for all self-generated, built & paid in full jobs accomplished by Sales Representatives you recruited/trained, and 1% on sales with other lead sources by those representatives.
- Performance Bonuses: You may be eligible for additional bonuses based on your team's success in hitting key sales targets and goals.
- Paid Time Off: You will receive paid holidays, sick days, and vacation time.
