Job Summary
The Home Health Aide plays a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to patients in their homes. Responsibilities

- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences of the patient.

- Maintain accurate medical records and report any concerns to healthcare professionals promptly.
- Support patients with mobility and transportation needs within the home environment.
- Foster a positive relationship with patients and their families, offering emotional support as needed.
