Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to hospice patients in their homes or healthcare facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry
- Document patient care activities and observations in medical records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Follow established care plans and assist with implementing medical treatments and procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience as a certified hospice aide(CHHA) or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical documentation and record keeping procedures
- Ability to provide care for patients with special needs or medical conditions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
- Basic cooking skills for meal preparation

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
