Certified Medical Assistant I, CMA, Full Time, Days - AMG Cardiology - Warren

Accountabilities:

• Data Analyst needed to help compile data, create reports, and coordinate information
• Collects and/or prints data reports as needed/requested by Care Coordinator and/or manager.
• Primary responsibility to abstract data.
• Requires travel to certain local offices for data abstraction.
• Perform accurate and timely data abstraction.
• Organize workflow and prioritize work according to deadlines.
• Demonstrate appropriate utilization of resources to obtain valid data.
• Work independently and in a self-motivated manner.
• Develop and maintain skills in EPIC, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Demonstrates ability to manipulate data for analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
• Actively listens and is receptive to feedback.
• Collaborates with team to solve problems and conflicts.

Required:

• High School diploma required

Preferred:

• Experience with data collection and analysis required
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and workflow skills essential
• Knowledge of medical/pharmacological terminology required
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent Communication Skills 
• Bachelor degree preferred
