Senya partners with local schools in your area to help with their substitute teaching needs! As those schools have needs, they post jobs on the Senya platform. Senya then uses your personalized preferences towards school, pay, grade level, travel distance, and more to help match you to substitute teaching opportunities that best fit your schedule and wants. As Senya matches you to different jobs, you are able to browse through them and accept the jobs that work for you!

Your Role:
– Keep classrooms positive, safe, and focused
– Follow and adapt lesson plans
– Encourage student participation
– Communicate with staff and parents
– Handle behavior issues calmly and effectively
– Collaborate with fellow teachers to support learning
Requirements:
- Statewide and National backgroundcheck
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Desire to positively impact local schools
- Some schools require a bachelor's degree
