Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Chief of Staff to support our Finance organization, with a particular emphasis on leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance the relevance and efficiency of our Finance, IT, and shared services functions.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of finance operations, a passion for technology, and a collaborative approach to driving transformational change across the organization. The successful candidate will be someone who is seeking continued growth within the finance domain and is eager to contribute to a forward-thinking financial ecosystem.
As the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the Finance leadership team to streamline processes, implement AI-driven solutions, and align strategic initiatives. Your ability to connect the dots between technology and finance will be critical to ensuring that our organization remains agile and competitive in a rapidly evolving landscape.
What a typical day looks like:

Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with finance leaders to develop and execute strategic plans that harness AI technologies to optimize finance operations, enhance decision-making, and drive organizational value.
Project Management: Oversee and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with the overall goals of the Finance organization and timely delivery of key initiatives.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for efficiencies within financial processes and recommend AI-based solutions to enhance productivity and accuracy in reporting and data analysis.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage AI and analytics to provide actionable insights that support informed decision-making at all levels of the Finance organization.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between the Finance organization and other departments, fostering collaboration and communication to break down silos and drive alignment on shared objectives.
Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of AI implementations and overall performance across finance, IT, and shared services.
Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to the introduction of new AI technologies, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and equipped to adapt to new processes and tools.
Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI within finance and shared services, proactively recommending innovative solutions to enhance organizational relevance and competitiveness.
What we're looking to add to our team:
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
  • Proven experience in finance/accounting, technology, or a related field, with a track record of implementing AI-driven initiatives within a finance organization.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a solid understanding of data analysis and its application in finance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across various levels and functions.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Familiarity with finance systems, IT infrastructure, and shared services best practices.
