Duties
- Educate students on Mandarin Chinese and Chinese culture , ensuring comprehension and retention of material.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, maintaining a respectful and productive learning atmosphere.
- Provide individualized support to students who may need additional assistance or tutoring.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and improve teaching strategies.
