Responsibilities:
- The over-all job-site management, general layout of concrete and civil, field and office coordination, concrete formwork, concrete placement, managing jobsite daily operations, and the overall installation of commercial/industrial civil or concrete jobs.
- Set daily project goals and oversee projects to completion
- Provide crew with detailed instructions, achievable goals and accurate information for successful and safe job completion
- Scope of work and specification review
- Pre-job and post-job documentation
- Safety requirements (per company & owner requirements)
- Progress reports
- Meeting coordinationTool & equipment coordination
- Selective traveling “Mid-West Regions”
- Track time and production reports
- Precision layout
- Blueprint reading
- Change order submittals “to Project Managers”
- Review materials received at jobsite to ensure it is correct
Requirements:
- Current Negative Drug Test: MUST Modules annually
- Civil and Concrete Skills: Expertise in civil and concrete work, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship on every project.
- Layout: Strong proficiency in layout techniques, ensuring precision and accuracy in project execution.
- Jobsite Management: Proven ability to effectively manage jobsites, ensuring timelines are met, managing manpower, and projects are completed with excellence.
- Field and Office Coordination: A seamless balance between on-site execution and office coordination, contributing to project success.
- Safety First: Prioritize safety at all times, following best practices and regulations to create a secure working environment.
- People Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive relationships with team members, clients, and engineers.
