Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for a steady part-time evening job? We?re hiring a Part-Time Cleaner to service a surgery center in Macomb, MI. No experience? No problem ? we offer paid training and an immediate start!
Position: Surgery Center Cleaner (Part-Time)
Location: Macomb, MI (Hall Rd.)
Schedule: Monday ? Friday, 6:00 PM ? 9:00 PM
Pay: $15/hour (Bi-weekly pay via direct deposit)
Start Date: Immediate openings available!
What You?ll Do:
- Clean and sanitize surgery center areas including operating rooms and sterile environments
- Vacuum using backpack and upright vacuums
- Sweep, mop, and dust all designated areas
- Empty trash receptacles (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)
- Clean restrooms and restock paper products and soap
- Clean interior glass and wipe down surfaces
- Turn off lights and secure the building at the end of your shift
- Wear company-provided scrubs while on duty
- Follow safety and cleanliness protocols to meet inspection standards
- Promptly address and resolve any inspection feedback
What We?re Looking For:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Must be comfortable working in a surgical/sterile environment
- Willing to wear scrubs (provided) during each shift
- Team-oriented, dependable, and detail-focused
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Strong work ethic and consistent punctuality
Preferred But Not Required:
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience
- Experience in healthcare or surgery center settings
