This particular position is currently in MONTGOMEY & PRATTVILLE, ALABAMA and is (1) Day at the MONTGOMERY location (on TUESDAYS) for 3 Hours from 8am-11am & (1) Day in PRATTVILLE from 8am-11am (on MONDAYS)!

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking dedicated Reliable Retail Store Cleaners to oversee and ensure the efficient operation of our cleaning services at one of our many assigned retail stores in Alabama.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
- Work Independently to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Relay customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to Management
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, sanitizing, floor & carpet cleaning, hotel or residential cleaning
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
