Are you well organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and looking to join a friendly, community-focused TEAM? We’re a locally owned grocery store seeking a part-time Clerk to help keep our shelves organized, clean, and fully stocked/faced.
What You’ll Do:
- Stock shelves with accuracy — cans of fruit do not go with vegetables!
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented store environment, helping with cart runs and store sweeps as needed
- Assist customers with basic inquiries, product locations or pricing
- Follow instructions and work independently once trained, yet be a part of the BIG picture and work as a TEAM member to ensure store success
- Downstack deliveries and restock inventory as needed
What We Need:
- Open availability (most shifts begin early)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet during shifts
- Basic knowledge of food items — knowing the difference between categories is essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change
Position Details:
- Part-time (NOT full-time)
- Local candidates preferred
- Great for students, early risers, or anyone with grocery experience looking for a part-time role
