Captura Hall is seeking a professional and motivated Client Account Representative to join our team in Saint Louis, MO. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will work closely with internal departments to deliver exceptional service and support, while identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and contribute to business growth.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain client accounts with professionalism and attention to detail
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
Track client satisfaction and implement improvements where necessary
Assist in developing account strategies that align with client goals
Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met
Generate reports and updates on account performance
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify upselling opportunities
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in account management or client services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Positive attitude and a proactive approach to client satisfaction
