Summary
Global CTI seeks an experienced, creative, self-motivated, and dedicated leader to oversee our Client Care and Help Desk department.
The right candidate will have the following skills:
- Strong Technical Knowledge in IT Managed Services including experience and knowledge of user support, server support and maintenance, security products to include firewalls, anti-virus, end point protection and MFA/2FA solutions.
- Solid ability to emphasize meeting of SLA’s, actively monitor open support requests and maintain excellent customer interaction skills during escalation engagements.
- Excellent follow-up skills to ensure client expectations are met
- Ability to manage small projects performed within the existing client base
- Ability to partner and collaborate with In-house Client Success Managers to achieve exceptional results in Client Satisfaction and Retention statistics.
Further responsibilities/details include:
- Candidate will manage 7-8 direct reports - Help Desk Technicians and Engineers supporting client support requests
- It is preferred that candidate reside in either Orange County/Inland Empire of Southern California or optionally in Bakersfield, CA to allow for working in a company office location.
- Remote candidates not favored unless they possesses exceptional differentiators to prove results in an alternate remote setting.
- Full-time, permanent position
Benefits include:
- Pay Range - $90,000 to $110,000 per year
