In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, providing consistent support, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Provide responsive, professional service to existing and prospective clients
Answer client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and ensure timely follow-up
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate client requests
Identify client needs and communicate solutions clearly
Track service issues and escalate when necessary
Support onboarding and orientation for new clients
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to better serve client needs
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
1–3 years of experience in client services, administration, or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
Professional demeanor and customer-first attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems
