We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while fostering strong relationships. You will leverage your skills in customer service and project management to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our financial services offerings.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new cleints
- Open investment and insurance accounts
- Move money
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project management and execution of client requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive client experience.
- Prepare reports on client interactions and project statuses for internal review.
Qualifications
- Proven CSA experience in customer service, within the financial services industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- 2+ years experience working with Charles Schwab as custodian.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction.
