Client Services Representative- Warehouse

POSITION SUMMARY:

QX Logistix is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Representative for our warehouse. This role will be responsible for ensuring top notch customer service to all our clients!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Serves as a liaison between 3PL and Client entities

· Producing and distribution of department reports to various groups/stakeholders within the Supply Chain network

· Provide status of Shipments to various business units within Client

· In depth understanding of logistics industry standards and best practices

· Exercise judgement within defined practices and policies in selection of methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

· Actively support team projects and effectively communicate with team members

· Pay airline fees and keep record using excel

· Advance Excel knowledge (Data analysis-pivot tables-charts-v-lookups) Update all excel sheets in relation to customer needs

· Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively

· Coordinate with the operations team to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database

· Provide constant status updates to customers on all freight movements

· Participate is performance measurements and identify areas for improvement

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and customer loyalty

· Create driver schedule for all shifts

· Provide a daily review of workforce performance plan,

· Maximize workforce and equipment utilization

· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 1-2 years of Customer Service, Logistics Experience, preferably in the trucking or transportation industry

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and excel

· Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically

· Flexibility to work weekends, as needed

· Familiarity with transportation regulations and industry practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
