Client Success Manager

The Client Success Manager (CSM) is a proactive and customer-focused primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our products/services and fostering long-term relationships. Additionally, the CSM is responsible for quoting products or services from Carlson Technologies Inc. (CTi) suppliers, placing & tracking orders and returns. The CSM specializes in sourcing and providing quotes for a variety of products and services and interacts daily with corporate sales teams and customers
