Human Behavior Institute (HBI) is a multi-disciplinary behavioral health care organization that has been in Nevada since 1989. With-in house we offer psychotherapy, medication management, crisis stabilization, primary care, IOP and specialty groups as well as having an on-site pharmacy and LabCorp services. We are the one and only “one-stop shop” in behavioral health organizations. HBI also offers an on-site credentialing and billing department as we accept over 30+ different insurances.
The Case Manager Supervisor will oversee a team of case managers and ensure effective service delivery for a diverse client base. This leadership role is ideal for a licensed clinician with a strong background in mental health, experience with the Las Vegas community, and a desire to take on challenges while making a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of 15+ case managers
- Oversee and manage a large client caseload, ensuring quality and continuity of care
- Develop and implement clinical and case management programs tailored to client needs
- Maintain compliance with clinical, ethical, and organizational standards
- Collaborate with leadership on program development and quality improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with community resources and partners to support client outcomes
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance, including case consultations
- Identifies members at high risk for complications and coordinates care in conjunction with the member and the health care team.
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing training and support
- Ability to make proper referrals in the community for: housing/shelter, rental assistance, food banks and/or other resources needed by client and/or families.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency and legal standards
Requirements
- Licensed Clinician in the state of Nevada: MFT, LCSW, LMSW or CPC
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the mental health field; experience working with adults, under-served, and homeless in community-based programs.
- Proven experience supervising staff and managing large caseloads
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Experience working with a diverse range of patients, including children, adults, and families
- In-depth knowledge of the Las Vegas community, resources, and populations served
- A natural problem solver, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for leadership and continuous improvement
- Experience in program development and implementation
- Willing to travel around the city or around Nevada if needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish or other languages)
- Familiarity with Medicaid, managed care systems, and electronic health records

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
