Pay Details:
For Local Candidates: $57 - 60 (If your permanent address is within the 50-mile radius from the facility)
For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50-mile radius from the facility)
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $59.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,360.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $17.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $680.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,680.00

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $61.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,440.00
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary care team in a long-term care setting. The Clinical Dietitian will assess nutritional needs, develop individualized care plans, provide counseling, and monitor the effectiveness of nutrition interventions for residents at nutritional risk. This role plays a key part in supporting residents' overall health and quality of life through proper dietary management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutrition assessments for residents identified as at nutritional risk or referred by physicians or care team.
- Develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents and families.
- Monitor residents’ progress and adjust care plans based on clinical outcomes and feedback.
- Document all assessments, plans, and progress in medical records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, speech therapists, and other team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations related to nutrition and food service.
- Participate in care planning meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Washington State Certification for Dietitian.
- BLS Certification.
