Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to lead our healthcare team. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining high standards of patient care. This leadership role requires a strong background in medical management and healthcare management, along with a commitment to achieving JCAHO accreditation standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of clinical services, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Manage clinical staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.
- Monitor compliance with JCAHO standards and prepare for accreditation surveys.
- Analyze clinical data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
- Facilitate training and development programs for clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Serve as a liaison between administration, staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in medical management or healthcare management roles.
- Strong understanding of JCAHO standards and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions based on findings.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
