Clinical Programs Coordinator I
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prepares and submits required monthly data reports, quarterly staff training logs, and quarterly community training logs according to contract requirements. Reviews community monthly workbooks and billing. Approves and submits to finance group for VOCA invoicing.
- Functions as record custodian for the program. Retrains client records in secured location and assists with retrieving records at the request of the Program Coordinator. Maintains client wait list and updates Program Coordinator and Team regularly. Ensures wait list protocols are maintained and followed by the division. Assists Program Coordinator with annual monitoring visits by the Department of Health. Provides necessary documentation for annual contract renewal.
- Serves as the Community Liaison for the program, building relationships within the community and the clients that we serve. Finds opportunities for us to exhibit our program at community events, meet with other community partners and train the community regarding sexual assault topics.
- Receives referral information during agency business hours. Notifies clients and any community partners involved of appointments. Maintains client calendar for services. Verifies intake information and sets up records in EMR system.
- Organizes regular team meetings with division employees. Sends out agendas, handouts, and any other documentation needed for the meetings. Creates the in-person or online invites, takes notes and distributes meeting notes after.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for the EMR system, training new staff on best practices and policies and procedures regarding client notes and reporting functions.
$43,888 to $50,000 annually depending on education and experience.
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in social work and four years of working with grant funding and reporting.
- Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle required.
This is a time-limited position. Time limited positions are based on circumstances, such as funding sources, which control the length of time for which the position is available.
