With locations in Texas and now expanding to Upper Manhattan, our family-owned business provides service and innovative amenities for pets. We’re looking for a Club Companion who shares our love for animals and commitment to excellence.
Position Overview:
The Club Companion is responsible for ensuring pets and their owners have an exceptional experience at our facility. You’ll provide high-end customer service, manage reservations, and oversee personalized care for each guest. This is a client-facing role that requires a warm, professional demeanor and a passion for creating lasting connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and pets warmly, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and assist with check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Curate personalized experiences, including in-room dining, curated activities, and spa services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Perform cleaning duties, including waste management, cleaning of facility with professionalism.
- Walk dogs to the nearby park in pairs or up to 4 dogs at one time.
Requirements:
- A genuine love for animals and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service, ideally in a pet-related setting.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and a team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help in all aspects of the business.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 30 per week
