Fun Community Bistro Bar seeking Bartender. Element is a new cozy bar with aims to win the heart of the DTSA community, and is seeking people to become part of our family. We're passionate about making good cocktails while staying connected with our community.

Bartending experience is required. Options may be available if you don't have any experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails while ensuring quality and consistency.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist in food preparation and service as needed, contributing to a positive customer experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
