- Provide guidance on benefits administration and assist clients in understanding their policy options.
- Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base and increase market presence.
- Utilize multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse clients when necessary.
Skills
- Proven experience in insurance sales or retail sales is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in sales administration processes and benefits administration knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to analyze client needs and market trends to develop effective solutions.
- Experience in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
