Position: Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney
We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney who thrives in high-stakes legal environments and is ready to lead their practice. This role is tailored for attorneys with a proven track record in client origination, trial preparation, and dispute resolution — and who want the flexibility of remote work with the support of a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Handle all phases of commercial litigation: pleadings, discovery, motion practice, negotiations, and trial
- Advise clients on legal strategy, risk, and dispute resolution
- Represent businesses and individuals in breach of contract, business tort, partnership, and commercial disputes
- Lead client communications and case management with independence and responsiveness
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active law license in good standing (Texas or Florida preferred; other jurisdictions welcome)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial litigation
- Demonstrated ability to attract and retain clients or maintain a book of business
- Strong litigation and courtroom experience
- Self-starter with high-level analytical, writing, and communication skills
