Responsibility
Responsible for sourcing and purchasing assigned outsourced commodity (raw material, subparts, fasteners, etc.) Conducts research and analytical studies. Evaluates marketing strategies, purchasing and inventory control as well as procedures to identify existing and/or potential problems.
Support (ATA) efforts to promote Corporate Social Responsibility, (CSR) and ensure activities are carried out in cooperation with G-TEKT CSR, and Corporate Governance initiatives and activities to ensure compliance in functional areas of responsibility. Support the Corporate Governance Policy of Austin Tri-Hawk Automotive and the Objectives of:
Meeting challenges of changed legal and business environment.
Enhancing the trust of ATA among customers, associates, and society.
Implementing activities to improve ATA business operations using a strategy of Steady
Compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, business administration, finance or related area.
- Experience in purchasing, materials or distribution.
- Experience with computerized ERP system.
- Knowledge of domestic and global marketing.
- Knowledge of MRO purchasing preferred
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project coordination skill including scheduling.
- Communication skills in English.

Operations
- Study industry statistics and trends.
- Monitor the availability of materials and determine optimal stocking levels by utilizing mathematical formulas.
- Compare data obtained between the actual production and the plan.
- Communicate with the company’s purchasing personnel regarding customers’ production schedules.
- Incorporate production schedules into the inventory control schedule.
- Plan and study problems, available solutions and /or alternate methods of improving company’s marketing strategies.
- Study inventory control systems and procedures.
- Study efficient inventory flow and relevant financial analysis.
- Organize and document findings of studies completed and prepare recommendations.
- Create reports for use by management.
- Assist management in formulating practicable solutions to improve company’s marketing strategies, purchasing and inventory control systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance of company’s marketing practices, purchasing and inventory control systems.
- Ensure compliance of company’s procedures with its master operational and management standards.
- Assist with communications and information to assigned accountable area or team.

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
