The ideal candidate will assist in drafting written materials, coordinating meetings, supporting campaigns, and ensuring the smooth flow of information across departments.

Coordinate internal communications and maintain documentation accuracy.
Support communications planning, calendar management, and follow-up tasks.
Proofread and format written content for clarity and consistency.
Assist in maintaining communication templates and corporate materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or communications-related experience preferred.
Strong writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
