Property Soar is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Communications Associate to join our growing team in Charlotte. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and delivering clear, consistent, and engaging internal and external communications. This position requires strong writing and project coordination skills, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving and message management.
Responsibilities
Develop and edit internal communications, newsletters, employee updates, and official announcements
Draft client-facing correspondence, press releases, and project summaries
Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure message alignment and delivery timelines
Maintain brand voice and tone across all communication materials
Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide meetings, presentations, and documents
Monitor communications performance and identify improvement opportunities
Support executive team with speechwriting and presentation materials as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a professional communications or administrative role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Experience working in real estate, corporate services, or consulting is a plus
