Position Summary
The Community Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for building relationships with local organizations, planning educational events, representing the clinic at health fairs, and generating awareness of our services. This role blends healthcare knowledge with public engagement and is perfect for someone who thrives on making connections and believes in proactive wellness education.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase public awareness of joint health and JRI’s services.
- Organize and attend community events, health fairs, senior expos, and local partnerships to promote JRI.
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, senior centers, fitness facilities, primary care offices, and complementary providers.
- Coordinate on-site educational seminars and wellness presentations.
- Work closely with marketing to align outreach campaigns with overall brand messaging.
- Track event participation, referral sources, and overall outreach ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public health, or related field preferred
- 2+ years in community engagement, healthcare marketing, or outreach role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with public speaking and presenting to groups.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple events or partnerships simultaneously.
- A passion for helping people understand healthcare options in a friendly, accessible way.
- Experience in musculoskeletal care, orthopedics, or physical therapy settings a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
