Oak Grove Academy, located in rural Jasper, Florida, near the Georgia state line, is dedicated to providing a therapeutic environment designed to improve the lives of youth. Programs include Equine therapy, Sports, Culinary Arts, Medical training, and Masonry, all tailored to nurture skills, build self-esteem, and promote personal growth. With a strong focus on hands-on experiences and career-focused learning, Oak Grove Academy empowers youth to reach their full potential in a supportive, transformative setting.
Salary: $55,000.00

What you will do: The Compliance Coordinator works as a staff member of the management team. This position works jointly with the Rite of Passage Program Director to accomplish licensing and corporate compliance at the ROP location. The Compliance Coordinator reports to the Program Director.
To be considered you should: Possess a high school diploma or GED and three years of experience in a training or compliance role, or a bachelor’s degree and one-year experience in a training or compliance role. Be at least 21 years old and be able to pass a criminal background check, drug test, physical and TB test.
Schedule/hours/shifts: 40 hours a week.
