ABOUT THE Division

General description

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in fostering collaboration and driving efficiency between our development and operations teams, leveraging industry best practices and innovative technologies. You'll focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, automating every stage from building and testing to managing artifacts and orchestrating deployments on a variety of platforms. Your efforts will ensure streamlined and efficient workflows for releasing new features and updates swiftly and reliably, driving tangible results by delivering valuable software solutions to our customers.

You’ll help us adopt a DevSecOps approach and implement a shift-left strategy by integrating quality and security testing early in the development lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with development, quality assurance, and security teams to take a proactive approach that allows for the identification and remediation of defects and vulnerabilities closer to their inception, preventing them from escalating into costly production incidents and ensuring higher quality, more secure releases. Your adaptability to evolving technologies ensures that you're not only keeping pace with industry trends but also leading the charge in innovation.

The candidate must have permanent residency within the state of Texas and must be able to meet in office requirements, which can vary among different sections (i.e.  report to office 1 day/month, 3days/week, etc.). Travel reimbursements are not provided for teleworking.
