POSITION SUMMARY:
The Concessions Supervisor should be a positive individual to lead our concessions stands to provide quality service as well as consistent products.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Operating and supervising tasks associated with the concession stand.
- Operating a cash register and balancing a cash drawer
- Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons.
- Ability to work with large groups of people in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to assist with labor and food cost management.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Assist in the training and development of team members.
- Clean dining and concession areas; assist in preparing and serving food items; fill condiment containers.
- Assist in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas, and place them in designated areas.
- Take and record the temperature of food to ensure proper temperature controls in the transportation of food.
- Any additional tasks assigned by management.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- One year of customer service experience with general public preferred
- Prior experience with food industry preferred.
- Experience with the sales and service of alcohol in accordance with the TABC preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Food managerial license preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- The facility has intermittent noise.
