As a Concierge at Azura Living, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and supportive environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff. This position requires a passion for exceptional customer service and a caring, compassionate attitude.

Job Duties:
Answers phone calls and directs callers to the appropriate associate.
Greeting visitors and guiding them to their destination within the company.
Takes and delivers messages for various personnel.
Provides callers with information such as the company address, directions, fax numbers, website, and other related details.
Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail.
Coordinates the pickup and delivery of express mail services.
Provides clerical support such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and data entry.
Maintains the community center area, including light housekeeping and ensuring the coffee bar is in order.
Performs other duties as assigned.
