Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Laborer to join our team. As a Concrete Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to concrete work, including mixing concrete, forming, pouring, and finishing. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Duties:
- Mix concrete according to specifications using a concrete mixer
- Assist with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing
- Operate hand tools such as trowels, screeds, and edgers
- Perform metal stud framing for concrete structures
- Assist with concrete pumping operations
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with concrete is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of concrete forming techniques and materials
- Familiarity with metal stud framing for concrete structures
- Ability to operate hand tools effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
