We are seeking a reliable and skilled Concrete Leveling Technician to handle concrete lifting and leveling jobs using polyurethane foam injection. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing concrete issues, executing leveling projects, and ensuring the quality and precision of your work. You will use state-of-the-art equipment to inject polyurethane foam into concrete slabs to lift and stabilize them.
Responsibilities:
- Perform concrete leveling and lifting using polyurethane foam injection techniques.
- Assess the condition of concrete surfaces to identify issues and determine the best course of action.
- Operate leveling equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Mix and prepare polyurethane foam for application according to specifications.
- Inject foam into the ground beneath concrete slabs to raise and level surfaces.
- Maintain detailed records of jobs completed and materials used.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (company vehicle may be provided for job purposes).
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and materials and work in outdoor conditions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with concrete repair and maintenance.
- Familiarity with various concrete leveling techniques and materials.
- Certifications related to concrete or construction work are a plus.
