The Construction Technician is a key position in the company and is responsible for providing high quality repairs to residential and commercial buildings while displaying a professional and customer focused attitude. Construction Experts must be able to work alone as well as with a team to achieve exceptional outcomes for our clients. Benefits include paid holidays paid vacation and paid sick days as well as a four-day work week.
Responsibilities:
· Communicate with customers, vendors and suppliers through phone, email and/or other modes
· Provide high quality repairs to residential and commercial buildings including, but not limited to, drywall, trim and paint repairs
· Document repairs and unrelated damages
· Manage time and materials costs for projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour
