*Duties*
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
- Help with the installation of structures, fixtures, or equipment as directed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
*Requirements*
- Previous experience in construction underground telecommunications installation is required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions carefully.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
