Foundation Support of HI is a regional leader in the foundation repair and moisture control industry and is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Production Crew Member to join our team. Our purpose is to provide our customers with an incredible experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Load materials, tools, and equipment on the company truck for each job.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Install each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods.
- Unload and clean the truck upon return to the company.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Ability to travel on a day-to-day basis, work at remote locations for an extended period of time (i.e. up to one week), and to network trainings.
- Provide timely follow-up with team members on various job-related issues and inquiries.
- Perform other duties as needed for the success of our team.
Requirements
- Experience in construction is preferred, but not required.
- A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions or tasks.
- Ability to ascend/descend/move self to lower position to inspect items under, on, or close to floor level.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including kneel and crawl and exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly or to move objects with unrestricted lifting ability.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Ability to work overtime if needed.
- Ability to enter and work in a crawlspace.
