This role bridges the office and the field — working directly with homeowners, coordinating with subcontractors, supporting project managers, and resolving construction issues quickly.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with homeowners to explain scope, schedule, and expectations for their projects.
- Manage multiple residential construction sites, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to keep work flowing efficiently.
- Review RFIs, submittals, and change orders for accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in project meetings and planning sessions to address progress and issues.
- Facilitate and coordinate utility/service shutdowns and startups as needed.
- Track close-out issues and ensure timely resolution.
- 5+ years of residential construction or construction management experience.
- Experience with federally funded housing programs (FEMA, HUD, CDBG-DR) preferred.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple job sites concurrently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or BuilderTrend preferred.
- Excellent communication skills — able to work with homeowners, clients, and crews professionally.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability.
