Find your purpose as the Construction Project Manager II with CentraCare. The Construction Project Manager II plans, organizes, leads and monitors all approved new and remodel construction projects across CentraCare. Expedites, facilitates and coordinates all related efforts with contractors and architects to assure projects are completed timely, are well documented, are of good quality, are implemented safely and are within or below budget.
Schedule:
- Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks
- Mon-Fri 8:00a-5:00p
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting salary begins at $80,680.91 per year; exact offer amount is determined by years of related experience.
- Salary range: $80,680.91-$121,032.31 per year
- Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering or equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 3 years of project management experience in Health Care construction required.
- Working knowledge of state, local, and federal building regulations required.
- 5 years project management experience in large construction projects of $20,000,000 or more preferred.
- Experience with Joint Commission preferred.
- Specific project management software experience with MS Project or primary familiarity with AutoCAD preferred.
- Must have the ability to efficiently plan, organize and monitor the projects from conception to completion.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills required.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel and project management software required.
